Sorry, we have had a Paypal problem our end

Your Paypal payment may not of gone through correctly.

Can you please follow these steps:

  1. Please login to your paypal account
  2. Check whether your enrolment payment says: “Unclaimed

If it does say unclaimed you will need to cancel the payment.

4. Once you have cancelled your payment – can you please re-register your place on the course. Our enrolment form has been fixed now with our correct Paypal account details.

How long does it take to receive your payment back in your Paypal account?

5. Your payment will be back in your Paypal account in around an hour. In my test it took 28minutes
